How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 additional business days within the United States. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination, typically ranging from 10–20 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Since every item is printed on demand specifically for you, we don't accept returns for sizing errors or change-of-mind purchases. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll make it right — no questions asked. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Where are your products printed?

All of our products are printed on demand by trusted fulfillment partners using direct-to-garment (DTG) and screen printing technology. This means your item is made fresh just for you — reducing waste and ensuring consistent quality on every order.

What sizes do you carry?

Most of our apparel is available in sizes XS through 3XL. Specific size availability varies by product. We strongly recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering. When in doubt, size up — our tees and hoodies run true to size.

How do I know my payment is secure?

Absolutely. All transactions on MockTshirts.com are processed through Shopify's secure checkout, which uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and more. We never store your full card details.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

We start processing orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once an item has entered production, we're unable to make changes.
