Shipping policy
We make everything to order. That means your shirt does not exist until you buy it, which is how we keep quality high and waste low. It also means there is a short window between "order placed" and "order shipped." Here is what that looks like.
Production Time
All orders are printed and fulfilled within 7 business days of purchase. Most ship sooner. Weekends and holidays are not business days.
Delivery Time
Once your order ships, standard delivery via USPS takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves the facility.
Free Shipping
Orders over $85 ship free. Orders under $85 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.
Where We Ship
We ship anywhere USPS delivers within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is confirmed. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at customerservice@mocktshirts.com and we will do what we can.
Something Went Wrong
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at customerservice@mocktshirts.com within 30 days of delivery. We will make it right. No forms. No runaround.
