Returns & Refunds
We stand behind what we make. If something shows up wrong, we fix it. No forms. No runaround. No drama. We save the drama for the shirts.
The Short Version
If it is defective, damaged, or the wrong item entirely, we make it right at no cost to you. If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, we will work with you on a return within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is wrong, contact us at customerservice@mocktshirts.com within 30 days of delivery. Send a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement or a full refund, your call. No return shipping required. No questions asked.
Size or Preference Returns
Changed your mind or need a different size? We get it. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is on you for these, but once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
How to Start a Return
Email us at customerservice@mocktshirts.com. That is it. No return portal. No ticket system. A real person will respond and walk you through it.
What Cannot Be Returned
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom items (those are made specifically for you)
A Note on Sale Items
Our standard pricing runs as an everyday value structure. Items purchased at that standard price are fully eligible for returns under this policy. Items purchased during a specific limited-time promotional event or marked as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest path to getting what you want: start a return for the original item, then place a new order. If we made the error, we cover everything.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not seen it, contact us at customerservice@mocktshirts.com.
EU Customers
If your order ships into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
